How It Works

You tell us who you're looking for and we make sure we've got all the details we need to write a great job ad.
2. Sourcing
We put up job ads on the most appropriate job boards. This means you get access to our discounted rates on popular sites like SEEK and Trademe. We also use our own databases to look for people who might be a good fit.
3. Screening
Next comes reviewing applications and filtering them down to a shortlist you can check and select from. We make sure we get back to everyone who has applied - so noone is left hanging.
4. Interview
We can manage, schedule and conduct interviews. Or we can just phone screen and help prep your team to do the real interview. It's up to you.
5. Onboard
The final step is offering the job, sending contracts and making sure all the details are ironed out so your new employee is happy and ready to join your team.
